Forums Ready
The new forums are now ready for all users. Unfortunately, we were not able to migrate existing posts from the old forum onto the new one.
Please read the rules before posting a request. As this is a full working forum, we will start imposing warnings and bans to anyone who break the rules.
Updates
Updates on JDramaZone has been slow for the past few weeks with no new series appearing because I’ve been really busy with work and am only able to upload currently airing dramas by the episode.
We are now working on a new system which will make things easier in regards to posting a new series. Once the system is done, we will start hiring uploaders which I hope will increase the number of series available on our site.
Meanwhile, I will try my best to continue uploading as much as I can.
RapidLeech
I’ve just thought of getting a RapidLeech host which will greatly improve the number of uploads I can make. And I will be able to transfer files to different hosts faster too. But right now, JDramaZone is down on funds due to the Rapidshare policy change. We haven’t even paid the hosting bills due next week yet.
Do you think we should get a RapidLeech server? Are you willing to make a small donation for us to try RapidLeech out for a month? Do you have any good RapidLeech hosting companies to recommend? Let us know!
Regards,

Synopsis
Somewhere in the vast sea of the Internet, there’s a website that can only be accessed at the stroke of midnight. Known as the Jigoku Tsushin, rumor has it that if you post a grudge there, the Jigoku Shoujo will appear and drag whoever torments you into the inferno. Very little is known about the girl – all we know for sure is that she lives with her equally enigmatic grandmother, that three magical straw dolls accompany and serve her, and that whenever a posting on the Jigoku Tsushin moves her, she becomes the Jigoku Shoujo. I’ve decided to stick to Rapidshare after reading the feedbacks. I almost forgot that JDramaZone was started to provide RapidShare users with JDramas as most JDrama sites only provide Megaupload.
Although we’re staying with RapidShare, I’ve decided to add hotfile into our list of file hosts.
The hotfile links will be added over time. But if you have a special request for any series which are already added on our site to be mirrored to hotfile, please post a comment on the series and I will get it done as soon as I can. Continue reading →
Redesigning The Site
First of all, I’ll like to welcome a new staff on board. xidron.
xidron has joined JDramaZone as our very first staff excluding myself. He will be our Chief Webmaster.
As you would have already notice, we’re currently doing a revamp on the forum. It will be back soon to accept requests. Coming up will be a brand new site. And xidron is also coming up with a new system which will allow an easier input for new uploads. Once this system is done, we will start hiring uploaders.
Regarding RapidShare
For those of you who have been using RapidShare should know that RapidShare has recently changed their system. JDramaZone has been surviving on RapidPoints for the past year, I’ve been creating new accounts with the points, selling them and paying for the bills. But it seems like this is coming to an end and we have absolutely no income at all. We do have a donation once in awhile, like once in a month or two.
I am unsure if I should continue to host future dramas on RapidShare or should I move on to a new host like Hotfile. Megaupload is here to stay.
Do share with us your opinion regarding future hosting in the comments section. We’ll take your suggestions into consideration. Meanwhile, all current series will be completed with RapidShare.
Cheers,
icybergie
